At Aurevyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact details provided below.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the relevant item(s) to us within 14 days.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products should, where reasonably possible, be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned with their original packaging, accessories, and tags where applicable.
Adequately packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

You may handle and inspect an item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop and its value has consequently diminished.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where permitted by applicable law. This can include products that:

Are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Are otherwise exempt under applicable UK consumer law.

Where a product is excluded from the statutory cancellation right, this will be made clear where applicable.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

5. Refunds

When you validly cancel an order, we will issue your refund without undue delay and, generally, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where applicable, we will refund the cost of standard delivery. We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs where you selected a more expensive delivery service than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we otherwise agree to cover the cost, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising your statutory cancellation right.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back. Depending on stock availability, we may offer an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
